Adbhutham: the shared-phone-number romance
Adbhutham is the 2021 Telugu science-fiction romance starring Teja Sajja as Surya and Shivani Rajashekar as Vennela. Its central puzzle is two strangers apparently using the same phone number. Calls and messages connect their lives in a way neither initially understands. The film reference page introduces that setup; this guide leaves the later explanation and ending undisclosed.
Director, story and music credits
Mallik Ram directed the film, with a story by Prasanth Varma and screenplay by Lakshmi Bhupala. Radhan composed the music. Those are different creative responsibilities: Prasanth Varma’s story credit should not be turned into a directing credit. The catalogue reference records the lead characters, crew and soundtrack information.
The romance has a speculative premise rather than simply depicting an ordinary wrong-number encounter. Its setup also includes emotional distress and suicidal themes. Viewers choosing the film should take that into account, without treating a fictional plot as mental-health guidance. The reference runtime is about 142 minutes; editions and partner listings can show slightly different durations.
Original premiere versus the current service name
Contemporary coverage dated November 19, 2021 reports the film’s direct streaming release on Disney+ Hotstar. That is the historical premiere date, not a new cinema release or the launch date of today’s platform brand. The Adbhutham OTT tracker keeps the film and streaming dates separate from current source checks.
Checking a legitimate viewing option
Airtel Xstream Play’s Adbhutham page currently identifies JioHotstar as its partner service. Check the listing or app with your account for plan eligibility and availability. This is a partner-page check, not verification of playback inside JioHotstar or a claim that the film is universally free.
