Fauzi leaves its December date

December 3 is gone, and Fauzi still has no date to put in its place.

Ravi Shankar of Mythri said it on the pre-release stage of Nani’s The Paradise, in the middle of somebody else’s night. The apology was brief. The comparison was not. He set the film in the line audiences have not had from Prabhas since Baahubali, and asked them to wait.

The wait pulls Fauzi out of a crowd. December 4 was already holding Naga Chaitanya’s Vrushakarma and Dulquer Salmaan’s Sri Sri. A Prabhas period film the day before those two was the clash. The clash is off. The new date is the part Mythri did not bring to the microphone.

Hanu Raghavapudi is directing. Imanvi plays opposite Prabhas. For months the story was the shoot. The story now is the release, and the release is a blank.
