What the story is about

Kavita and Lalita are the closest of friends and have lived together ever since Lalita’s father died saving Kavita from a machine on a construction site. Lalita secretly writes poems. Raja is a struggling musician who shares a rented house with the friends in his band and tells his grandmother he has a big job, sure his band will make it one day. When he comes across one of Lalita’s poems, he falls for the writer and sends her a letter; she writes back, and a romance by post begins, even as the two keep clashing in person without knowing who the other is. Then Lalita discovers that Kavita has fallen for Raja too. The tangle that follows is the heart of the film.
