Manoj Kumar R’s release-day Indian Express review appreciated the technical work and Ravi Teja’s energy while finding the Vasu portions weak. Cinema Express’s review, also dated 24 January 2020, was less persuaded by the writing, though it credited the lead performances and technical departments. These are attributed critical responses, not Tollywood Desk’s own rating.
