What the story is about
Gana returns home to Visakhapatnam for his sister Priya’s wedding and is shaken to find her attempting suicide after her engagement: she is pregnant and does not know how it happened. When he learns that other women in the city have been through the same thing, and one of them has taken her own life, he sets out alone to find out who is behind it. The Hindu notes that the film deals with the serious issue of sexual assault on women who are sedated and do not know what has been done to them.

What critics said
The Times of India gave it 3/5, calling it a riveting story with plenty of action and a good debut for Ramana Teja, and Firstpost also gave 3/5 while regretting how simply the suspense is revealed, according to Wikipedia. The Hindu praised the action scenes and Jisshu Sengupta but found the story predictable and the hero a one-man army. Wikipedia records that it did not succeed at the box office.
